Pfatisch is tinged with and presents the Ruby Gianduiotto

As a symbol of our city, the Pfatisch gianduiotto has always been considered a product of excellence, the first-ever individually wrapped chocolate.

The new version of our gianduiotto is crafted from a heart of gianduia chocolate covered with a very fine layer of ruby chocolate, giving life to refined chocolate covered with a classic pink colour. The mixture of the two chocolates creates an enveloping experience with beautiful fruit notes. The Ruby Gianduiotto is packaged in our golden leaves in classic Art Nouveau style.

The ruby chocolate, or pink chocolate, is a variety of chocolate, completely natural, without added colourants and preservatives. Its colour is derived from the presence of natural pigments contained in cocoa beans.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
